This is a hand bound artist’s book (152x152mm) produced as a limited signed edition of forty-five (45). Consisting of 15 double folio pages including title page and colophon, twelve of the leaves are printed with brief quotes from nine poets and authors. The final entry is an afterward, “Woodnotes,” written specifically for this publication by Robert Macfarlane. The volume is encased in a wooden box (200x200m)  has the title embossed on its lid.
